日钢板坯连铸SPA-H钢液位波动原因分析及控制 被引量:1

摘要 分析日照钢铁SPA-H钢连铸过程造成结晶器液面波动大的主要原因为:SPA-H为亚包晶钢,出结晶器坯壳薄且不均匀,在二冷区后,由于辊间距较大,在钢水静压力下,铸坯鼓肚,随着铸坯在扇形段的运行,鼓肚被压缩,如此反复,引起结晶器液面波动;锥度设置偏小、钢中蔷薇辉石夹杂等原因增加铸坯坯壳形成的不均匀性,加重液面波动。通过增大结晶器、二冷水流量,降低钢水浇铸过热度、增大钢种锥度设置、优化脱氧工艺等措施,SPA-H钢液面波动率由21%降低至4.4%。 The reason of large level fluctuation of mould in SPA-H continuous casting process of RizhaoSteel Holding Group Co.Ltd.was analyzed.It was found that the main reasons for the fluctuation of SPA-H liquid level were:SPA-H is a hypo-peritectic steel with thin and uneven mould shell.After the second cooling zone,due to the large roller spacing,the billets are compressed with the running of the billets in the sector section under the static pressure of molten steel,thus causing the level fluctuation of the mould.At the same time,the non-uniformity of billet shell formation is increased and the fluctuation of liquid level is aggravated by the small taper setting and the rosanite inclusion in the steel.The fluctuation of SPA-H liquid level was reduced from 21%to 4.4%by increasing the flow rate of crystallizer and secondary cooling water,decreasing the superheat of molten steel,increasing the taper of steel grade and optimizing the deoxidation process.
