摘要
运用文献资料法等,对日本备战东京奥运会的主要举措进行分析,为我国奥运备战提供参考。主要结论:日本奥运备战举措包括加强政府的主导权;制定优势项目为重点的资助政策;建立贯穿始终的运动员培养体系和保障体系;全面提高教练员的执教水平;构建科研、训练、情报、医疗一体化竞技支持体系。对我国的启示:优化奥运备战组织管理体系,提升统筹协调能力;出台灵活高效的资助政策,提高奥运备战效益;拓宽奥运选手来源渠道,完善运动员保障政策;重视教练员能力素养提升,打造复合型教练员队伍;提高奥运备战的科技水平,发挥科技创新的引领作用。
Using literature reviews and other research methods to analyze Japan’s main measures for preparing for the Tokyo Olympics,and to provide suggestions for China’s preparations for the Olympic Games.Main conclusions:Japan’s preparations for the Olympic Games include strengthening the government’s leadership;formulating funding policies focusing on advantageous projects;establish an athlete training system and guarantee system throughout the career;comprehensively improving the coaching level of coaches;construction of an integrated scientific research,training,intelligence,and medical support system.Enlightenment for China:Optimize the management system for the preparations for the Olympic Games and improve the overall coordination ability;introduce flexible and efficient funding policies to improve the effectiveness of the preparations for the Olympic Games;broaden the sources of Olympic athletes and improve athlete protection policies;attach importance to the improvement of coaches’ability and literacy,and build a comprehensive coaching team;raise the level of science and technology for the preparations for the Olympic Games and give play to the leading role of science and technology innovation.
