京张高铁标准梁BIM技术应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了能使BIM技术更好地融入铁路桥梁行业,从正向设计的角度出发,对京张高铁标准预应力混凝土简支箱梁的设计流程进行研究,并通过C#语言的二次开发实现了以下功能:(1)开发了一套针对简支箱梁的数据结构,能快速生成或修改预应力标准箱梁的精细化BIM模型;(2)基于BIM模型与数据结构,可自动生成有限元计算模型,也可将计算结果反馈到BIM模型中,跳过了设计人员自行建模计算的过程;(3)根据最终的BIM模型与计算结果,可直接以标准格式输出设计图纸、工程数量等,大幅度提高了绘图效率,减少了人工误差。该研究成果可为BIM技术在铁路桥梁中的正向设计、BIM技术与标准化设计的结合、BIM技术对工程设计的优化起到指导作用。 To blend the BIM technology into the railway bridge industry,based on the forward design,this paper focus on the research and application of design procedure in Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway standard simply-supported box beam by secondary developing.And achieved bellows:(1)Developed an entire data structure to rapidly create and amend a standard box beam;(2)Based on the BIM model and data structure,it could automatically generate the finite element analysis model,then modify the BIM model by the feedback result,skip the manual modeling and calculating process by designers;(3)It could extract formalized drawings,quantities,compute tables rapidly by the BIM model and analysis model,magnificently improve designing efficiency,lessen the human errors.This research can provide guidance for the BIM technology application of forward design,the combination of the BIM technology and standardize design and the engineer design optimization by using the BIM technology in railway bridge industry.
