摘要
大数据为乡村全面振兴提供了全新的手段和工具,是实现乡村全面振兴的有力支撑,也是实现数字经济与乡村振兴融合发展、提升乡村振兴质量和水平的重要途径。当前,我国一些地方对大数据助推乡村振兴进行了卓有成效的实践探索,有力推动了乡村振兴向纵深开展,但在实践过程中也存在配套措施不完善、基础设施薄弱、应用人才缺乏、数据信息的共享和整合存在体制性障碍等突出问题,需要在平台构建、制度完善、人才培养等方面进一步创新举措,充分发挥大数据在乡村振兴中的作用。
Big data provides a brand-new means and tools for the overall revitalization of villages,which is a strong support for the overall revitalization of rural areas,and an important way to realize the integration of digital economy and rural revitalization and improve the quality and level of rural revitalization. At present,some places in our country have carried out effective practical exploration on the promotion of rural revitalization by big data,which has strongly promoted the development of rural revitalization in depth. However,in the process of practice,there are some prominent problems such as imperfect supporting measures,weak infrastructure,lack of applied talents,and institutional obstacles in the sharing and integration of data and information. Further innovative measures are needed in the aspects of platform construction,system improvement and personnel training to promote the full release of the enabling effect of big data in rural revitalization.
