摘要
十七大报告提出了提高国家文化软实力的重要论断,文化生产力的发展是文化软实力的重要组成部分,解放和发展文化生产力是提高文化软实力的主要途径。因此,在新形势下有必要对文化生产力进行客观的认识,从文化软实力角度来把握文化生产力,思考文化生产力的内涵、构成要素和表现形式,尤其是结合各地文化生产力的实践,分析影响文化生产力发展的相关要素,对文化生产力的内涵、结构和表现形式进行全面的探讨,以利于实践中更好地发展文化生产力。
The 17th National Congress of CPC issued an important statement on enhancing the cultural soft power of the country, declaring that cultural creativity is an important part of the soft power of the country, and that the emancipation and development of cultural creativity is a chief means by which cultural soft power is enhanced. Under the new circumstance, therefore, it is necessary to have an objective insight into cultural creativity, to understand its essence from the perspective of cultural soft power of the country, and to consider its contents, components and manifestations. It will be of greater value to address the problem in the light of the cultural-creativity practice throughout the country, to analyze the contributing and/or affecting factors therein and to gain a comprehensive insight into cultural creativity, so as to facilitate its development in practlce.
