职业技能与职业精神融合培养:德国、日本、瑞士的经验与启示 被引量:10

摘要 实施职业技能与职业精神融合培养,对于满足技术技能人才的个体发展需要和国家经济社会发展对技术技能人才的素质要求都具有重要意义,在高职技术技能人才培养实践中应如何开展职业技能与职业精神融合培养?从德国、日本、瑞士等三个国家职业技能与职业精神融合培养的经验,可以得到如下启示:厚植有利于职业技能与职业精神融合培养的社会环境;在技术技能人才培养实践中明确、落实职业精神的培养;重视人才培养活动的整体性与实践性;重视教师的实践经验积累与教学能力培养;为学生成长提供各种支持条件。 The integration of is of great significance to meet the individual development of technical and skilled talents as well as the requirement of national economic and social development needs of technical talents and the quality requirements of national economic and social development for technical talents.However,in the past practice of training technical talents in higher vocational colleges,the vocational skills and professional spirits are in a state of separation.How should vocational skills and professional spirit be integrated and cultivated in the practice of training technical skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges?The following enlightenments can be drawn from the experience of the integration and cultivation of vocational skills and professional spirits in Germany,Japan and Switzerland:Strengthening the social environment conducive to the integration and cultivation of professional skills and professional spirits;implementing the cultivation of professional spirits’training in the practice of training technical and skilled talents;attaching importance to the integrity and practicality of talent training activities;attaching importance to the accumulation of teachers’practical experience and teaching ability;and providing various support conditions for students’growth.
