摘要
鹤壁某矿1309工作面发生突水事故,突水量1 700~1 950 m^3/h,突水峰值为4 291 m^3/h,导致 淹井。针对突水点位置及突水通道不确定、突水量特大、水压高、地质构造极复杂(隐伏构造突水)等 情况,采用垂向钻孔和立体多水平定向分支钻孔相结合的快速封堵突水点技术,以堵源为主,查堵结合, 对突水点所在区域底板奥灰、L2灰岩含水层及F1061断层带主要导水通道进行立体化的注浆封堵与加固 ,形成帷幕切断深部突水通道,堵水效果显著,达到了快速注浆堵水排水复矿、减少矿井排水量的目的。
Water inrush accident occurred at 1309 working face of a coal mine in Hebi city,with the sudden water amount between 1700 m^3/h and 1950 m3/h,and the water inrush peak value of 4291 m^3/h,resulting in flooding well.According to the uncertain location of water inrush point and water inrush channel,large amount of water inrush,high water pressure,complicated geological structure(concealed structure water inrush)and so on,the vertical borehole and stereoscopic branch of horizontal directional drilling with the combination of rapid plugging water bursting point technology is used.Based on the source plugging and combined with plugging,three-dimensional grouting sealing and reinforcement is carried out for the Ordovician limestone,Ln limestone aquifer and main water channel of FI06i fault zone where the water inrush point is located,and the curtain is formed to cut off the deep water inrush channel,and the water blocking effect is remarkable,which achieves the purpose of quick grouting water blocking and drainage and mine discharge reduction.
