摘要
斯坦福大学学生事务管理以"以生为本"和"专业化、可持续管理"为指导思想,进行合理的制度制定和机构设置。其倡导"以生为本"的价值取向,追求"扁平化、多样化"的管理模式,聚焦"学生事务管理专业化、可持续"的队伍建设,致力于"形成性反思评价"的反馈机制,彰显着未来学生事务管理理念的变革。借鉴斯坦福大学学生事务管理模式,结合中国特色学生工作体系和话语体系,在管理理念、育人价值、管理机构、工作方式、管理队伍、支持体系等方面进行改革。
Stanford University's student affairs management is guided by the u student-centered n and specialized,sustainablemanagement,which aims at reasonable institutional development and institutional configuration.Stanford University advocates the"student-centered"value orientation,pursues a"flat and diversified"management model,focuses on the"specialization of student affairs management,and its sustainability"team building,which is committed to the feedback mechanism of"formative reflection evaluationn.It symbolizes the future of student affairs management trend.Drawing on the student affairs management model of Stanford University,combined with the student work system and discourse system with Chinese characteristics,the authors propose to implement the management concept of"student-centered"value orientation and realize the value of promotion of both virtue and knowledgen.The author suggests that the universities or law schools should establish a"flat"management organization,supplemented by working in the Internet Plus"way to build a u specializedM management team and establish a Mcareer plan"supporting system.
