摘要
随着教育改革的深入,高校学生管理工作呈现信息化、复杂化和自主化的特征。为了适应新形势,抓住新机遇,高校学生管理工作应当参考管理学中的经典法则,改变传统的学生管理工作理念和方法。本文探讨了手表定律、马太效应、奥卡姆剃刀定律、共生效应等经典管理学法则在高校学生管理工作中可以借鉴和运用的方法。在高校学生管理过程中恰当使用不同的管理学法则,对于提升学生管理工作效率,规范学生日常行为,推动高校学生管理工作的模式、方法和理念转变,乃至推进教育现代化具有重要意义。
With the deepening reform of education,the management of college students is characterized by informatization,complication and autonomization.In order to adapt to the new situation and seize new opportunities,the management of college students should refer to classic management principles and change the traditional ideas and methods.This paper discusses some classic management principles such as Watch Theorem,Matthew Effect,Occam’s Razor and Symbiotic Effect,which can be used for reference in the management of college students.The proper application of different management principles to the management of college students is of great significance for improving the efficiency of management,regulating students’daily behavior,upgrading the mode,methods and ideas of the management of college students and even promoting the modernization of education.
