摘要
为了研究不同底板支护方式下深部巷道底鼓控制技术,理论分析了巷道底板控制技术,然后采用FLAC 3D模拟软件,模拟分析了3种不同底板支护方式下深部巷道底鼓控制技术,采用反底拱锚固梁+锚索技术和U型钢全封闭支架技术,巷道底板变形量分别减少了80%和81%,巷道底板塑性区范围得到控制,在底板形成了一圈具有自承能力的“承载圈层”。研究为深部巷道底鼓的控制提供了技术支持。
In order to study the control technology of deep tunnel bottom drum under different floor support modes,this paper theoretically analyzes the roadway floor control technology,and then uses FLAC 3D simulation software,the floor heave control technology of deep roadway under three different floor support modes is simulated and analyzed,the technology of reverse bottom arch anchor beam+anchor cable and U-shaped steel fully enclosed support are adopted,the deformation of roadway floor is reduced by 80%and 81%respectively,the plastic zone of roadway floor is controlled,a circle of"bearing circle"with self-supporting capacity is formed at the bottom plate.The research provides technical support for the control of floor heave in deep roadway.
