摘要
某矿1305工作面埋深超过850 m,工作面上、下平巷支护困难,在综合分析深部高应力、大断面、软弱厚顶煤复杂巷道围岩条件下地应力场分布规律基础上,通过FLAC3D数值模拟研究了高应力大断面厚顶煤巷道围岩变形破坏机理,提出了高预紧力支护、斜拉锚索顶板控制、两帮加强控制等围岩稳定性原理,为该条件下煤巷支护提供了理论依据。
In a certain mine,the buried depth of 1305 working face is over 850 m,and the support is difficult on the working face and the two roadways.On the basis of comprehensive analysis on deep high stress,large section and the distribution regularity of ground stress under the condition of complex surrounding rock with soft thick top-coal the failure mechanism of surrounding rock with high stress,large section and thick top-coal was studied by FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation,put forward the principle of the stability of surrounding rock,such as the supporting with high pre-tightening force,the roof control with stayed cable,strengthen the control of two sides,and so on,provided theoretical basis for coal roadway supporting under these conditions.
