摘要
中国传统译论的基础就是美学。与普通的文学作品不同,绘本有其独特的美学特质和审美功能。迪士尼电影双语绘本《疯狂动物城》通过精美的图画和通俗易懂的文字,使儿童在轻松的氛围下提高双语阅读能力,受到了众多读者的青睐。以英语绘本的翻译审美为出发点,对《疯狂动物城》图文视觉和文本语言两个层面的审美再现进行了分析和鉴赏,以期对双语电影绘本翻译添砖加瓦。
The foundation of Chinese traditional translation theory is aesthetics. Different from ordinary literary works, picture books have their unique aesthetic characteristics and aesthetic functions. "Zootopia", a bilingual picture book of Disney films, helps children improve their bilingual reading ability in a relaxed atmosphere through exquisite pictures and easy-to-understand words, which is favored by many readers. Based on the translation aesthetics of English picture books, this paper analyzes and appreciates the aesthetic representation of pictures and texts in "Zootopia" at both visual and linguistic levels, with a view to contributing to the translation of bilingual picture books.
