摘要
政务与微信结合使传递信息和沟通更为便捷。本论文从传播学的涵化理论入手,深入分析基层政务微信公众号的宣传功能、通知功能、服务功能,深刻认识其精准对接百姓生活、有效形成社会共识的巨大作用,充分挖掘涵化理论在政务微信公众号参与城市基层治理中的应用策略,从内容设置、方向定位、运营管理着手,增强传播效果,推进城市基层治理模式的创新和发展。
The execution of grassroots government affairs through WeChat make the work more efficient. Starting from the Cultivation Theory of Communication,this paper makes a profound analysis on the publicity function,notification function and service function of grassroots government We Chat official account,deeply understanding its great role in accurately docking people’s lives and its great effect in forming social consensus. And this paper also fully explores the application strategy of Cultivation Theory for government affairs WeChat official account in urban grassroots governance. The strategies include specifications of content,direction positioning,and operation management,which are to enhance the communication effect and promote the innovation and development of urban grassroots governance model.
