摘要
农户的生态自觉性是确保秸秆还田技术长久实施、促进农业可持续发展的关键。基于技术接受模型理论,以秸秆还田为例,利用河北、安徽、湖北三省的调研数据,采用有序回归模型,分析技术感知对农户采纳秸秆还田技术自觉性意愿的影响,探讨农户对秸秆还田决策的影响机制。结果表明:57.23%的样本农户在没有政府监督和补贴时仍愿意采纳秸秆还田技术,初步具备采纳秸秆还田技术的自觉性。样本农户对秸秆还田的环境福利感知较高,经济福利感知较低,86.8%的农户认为采用秸秆还田技术有利于保护环境,而只有53.04%的农户认为采纳秸秆还田技术可以增产增收。经济感知、感知易用性、村干部和技术员影响、文化程度对农户采纳秸秆还田技术的自觉性意愿有正向影响,而年龄、农业年收入有负向影响。因此,应多手段提高农户秸秆还田的经济感知,多渠道增强秸秆还田的技术易用性,多举措发挥村干部和技术员的带头示范作用。
The ecological consciousness of farmers is a key to ensuring the long-term implementation of the straw returning technology and to promoting the sustainable development of agriculture. Based on the theory of technology acceptance and a survey data of Hebei, Anhui and Hubei provinces, and applying the orderly regression model, this paper analyzed the impact of the technology perception of farmers’ willingness to adopt the straw returning technology, and explored the influence mechanism of farmers’ decision-making in adopting the straw returning technology. Results showed that 57.23% of the sample farmers were still willing to adopt the straw returning technology without government supervision and subsidies, and initially had the consciousness of adopting the straw returning technology. The sample farmers had a higher perception of environmental welfare and a lower perception of economic welfare of the straw returning technology. While 86.8% of the farmers believed that the use of the straw returning technology can protect the environment, and only 53.04% of the farmers believed that the adoption of the straw returning technology can increase production and income. In addition, the economic perception, the perceived easiness of use, the influences of village leaders and technicians, and the educational level have positive impacts on farmers’ willingness to adopt the straw returning technology. While the age and the annual income of agriculture have negative impacts. Therefore, to improve the economic perception of farmers to adopt the straw returning technology, this paper suggests to develop a multi-channel system to enhance the technical easiness of use of the straw returning technology and to encourage village leaders and technicians to play some leading and demonstrating roles.
