摘要
基于北方5个省市485个种植户的调查数据,运用二元Logit模型,实证分析设施蔬菜种植户节水灌溉技术采纳行为的影响因素,以期为相关政府部门制定节水灌溉技术推广政策提供参考依据。结果表明:户主年龄、技术认知水平、稀缺感知、社会网络丰富度、政府给予技术补贴、周边种植户采纳情况对种植户节水灌溉技术采纳行为有显著的正向影响;家庭劳动力外出务工对种植户的节水灌溉技术采纳行为有明显的抑制作用。因此,加强技术培训和知识宣传,多渠道提升种植户的认知水平;给予政策倾斜和技术补贴,鼓励种植户聚焦农业生产;拓展种植户的社会网络,发挥周边种植户的带动作用,是促进节水灌溉技术采纳的有效途径。
Based on the survey data of 485 growers in five northern provinces and cities,the influencing factors of facility vegetable growers′adoption behavior of water-saving irrigation technology were analyzed using binary Logit model,in order to provide reference for relevant government departments to formulate the promotion policy of water-saving irrigation technology.The results showed that the age of the household head,the level of technical cognition,the perception of scarcity,the richness of the social network,the government′s technical subsidies,and the adoption of the surrounding farmers had significant positive impacts on famers′adoption of water-saving irrigation technology.Labor migration had a significant negative impact on farmers′adoption of water-saving irrigation technology.To promote the adoption of water-saving irrigation technology,it was effective to strengthen technical training and knowledge publicity to improve farmers′awareness through multiple channels;give preferential policies and technical subsidies to encourage farmers to focus on agricultural production;expand the social network of farmers and play the leading role of surrounding farmers.
