Composite Temporary Plugging Technology for Improving Opening Degree of Multi-cluster Fracturing in Horizontal Well Sections

摘要 随着切割技术在致密油气水平井水力压裂中广泛应用,水平井段内射孔逐步增多,因此研究提高水平井段内各射孔簇压开程度的技术对保证改造效果至关重要。暂堵技术作为一种重要的辅助手段在该方面开展了大量现场试验,但对暂堵剂暂堵机理、暂堵材料优选及暂堵工艺实施缺乏系统研究。本文首先分析通过暂堵分流转向技术提高段内多簇压开程度的原理,并明确其可行性和关键技术;基于实现暂堵的机理,开发了适用于不同温度、尺寸、降解时间可控的暂堵剂材料;优选暂堵剂封堵强度,暂堵剂最大尺寸根据拟封堵裂缝的动态缝宽的1/3~1/2进行确定,最小尺寸为100目。结合室内封堵强度的实验结果 ,形成了复合暂堵设计方法和现场操作程序,并明确了复合暂堵剂加入设备的技术要求。该复合暂堵技术在松辽盆地某致密气水平井的应用效果表明,暂堵过程和暂堵后压力响应明显,暂堵剂到位后可观测到10~20MPa的压力升高,暂堵前后压力在相同的排量条件下施工压力可升高3~5MPa,压裂后产气剖面测试进一步表明,通过该技术可以明显提高段内多簇的压开程度,为未采取复合暂堵技术相邻水平井产量的1.5~3倍,增产效果显著。 With the wide application of cutting technology to hydraulic fracturing in horizontal wells for tight oil and gas,the perforation is gradually increasing in horizontal well sections.Therefore,research on techniques to improve the opening degree of each perforation cluster in the horizontal well sections is essential to en-sure the stimulation effect.As an important auxiliary means,temporary plugging technology has carried out a large number of field tests in this aspect,but it lacks systematic research on temporary plugging mechanism of the temporary plugging agent,temporary plugging material optimization and temporary plugging process implementation.In this paper,the principle of temporary plugging and diverting technology to improve the opening degree of multi-cluster fracturing in the sections is analyzed first,and its feasibility and key technologies are clarified.Based on the mechanism of temporary plugging,temporary plugging agent material with controllable size and degradation time at various temperatures is developed.The plugging strength of the temporary plugging agent is optimized,and the maximum size of the temporary plugging agent is determined according to 1/3-1/2 of the dynamic fracture width of the fractures to be sealed,and the minimum size is 100 meshes.Combined with the laboratory experimental results of plugging strength,a composite temporary plugging design method and on-site operation procedures are formed,and the technical requirements for the composite temporary plugging agent to be added to the equipment are known.The application of the composite temporary plugging technology in a horizontal well for the tight gas in Songliao Basin shows that the pressure response during and after the temporary plugging is obvious.After the temporary plugging agent is in place,rise of 10-20 MPa in the pressure can be observed.The construction pressure can increase by 3-5 MPa at the same injection rate after the temporary plugging.The gas production profile test after fracturing further indicates that the o
