萎凋机中工夫红茶萎凋水分在线检测系统的设计

Design of Moisture Online Detection System for the Processing of Black Tea Withering in the Withering Machine

摘要 萎凋机是工夫红茶萎凋加工的主要设备,水分是判断萎凋是否适度的主要指标,目前主要依赖于人工经验判断,难以做到精准、客观和量化评价。为了对工夫红茶萎凋品质的监控,节约人力,设计工夫红茶萎凋水分在线检测系统,选择DOME单色纯白光源,以色彩检测专用FI-S200C-G工业相机为图像传感器采集工夫红茶鲜叶图像,软件系统通过信息融合处理,获取鲜叶的水分值和萎凋进程。试验测试结果表明,测定水分均值与系统检测水分值数据间相关系数(R2)为0.986 0,预测均方根(RMSEP)为0.011 7。该系统操作简单、方便,性能稳定,运行可靠,可以解决萎凋机需要人力辅助的问题,提升工夫红茶萎凋品质。 The withering machine is the main equipment for the processing of black tea withering. The water is the main indicator to judge whether the withering is moderate. At present, it mainly depends on the artificial experience judgment, and it’s difficult to achieve accurate, objective and quantitative evaluation. In order to monitor the quality of the black tea withered and save manpower, the online detection system of black tea withered water was designed, selecting DOME monochrome white light source, and using FI-S200 C-G industrial camera for color detection to collect image black tea fresh. The leaf image and the software system process the information to obtain the moisture value and the withering process of the fresh leaves. The test results showed that the correlation coefficient(R2) between the measured moisture mean value and the system detected moisture value data was 0.986 0, and the predicted root mean square(RMSEP) was 0.011 7. The system is simple and convenient to operate, stable in performance and reliable in operation, and can solve the problem that the withering machine needs human assistance, and improve the withering quality of the black tea.
