摘要
目的 探讨他汀类药物对脑血管介入术后血管内皮功能和认知功能的影响.方法 2014年1月至2018年10月78例脑血管介入手术患者根据术前是否使用他汀类药物治疗分为观察组(术前使用他汀类药物治疗,n=43)与对照组(术前未使用他汀类药物治疗,n=35),比较两组内皮功能指标[内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、一氧化氮(NO)]、炎症因子水平[白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CPR)]及简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分.结果 对照组术后ET-1、vWF水平显著提高,NO水平显著降低,观察组术后ET-1、vWF水平显著降低,NO水平显著提高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术后IL-1、IL-6、hs-CPR水平显著提高,观察组术后IL-1、IL-6、hs-CPR水平显著降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后MMSE评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 他汀类药物可显著抑制脑血管介入术后机体炎症反应,改善患者血管内皮功能和认知功能,值得推广.
Objective To explore the effects of statins on vascular endothelial function and cognitive function after cerebrovascular intervention.Methods 78 patients treated with cerebrovascular intervention in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2018 were divided into the observation group(n=43,preoperative use of statins)and the control group(n=35,preoperative non-use of statins)according to whether statins were used or not before surgery.The levels of endothelial function indexes[endothelin-1(ET-1),von Willebrand factor(vWF)and nitric oxide(NO)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CPR)]and mini mental state evaluation(MMSE)score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of ET-1 and vWF were significantly increased while the level of NO was significantly decreased in the control group,and the levels of ET-1 and vWF were decreased significantly and the level of NO was significantly increased in the observation group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1,IL-6 and hs-CPR were significantly increased in the control group but were significantly decreased in the observation group(P<0.05).The MMSE score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Statins can significantly inhibit the body's inflammatory response after cerebrovascular intervention and improve the vascular endothelial function and cognitive function,therefore it is worth promoting.
