摘要
菌体蛋白是一种微生物蛋白,是食品工业和饲料工业的重要蛋白来源。研究以产朊假丝酵母发酵菌种,利用缫丝废水为发酵原料,设计正交试验对菌体蛋白的发酵生产进行初步研究,试验结果表明:在发酵液初始pH值6.0、装液量75 mL/250 mL、接种量12%、发酵温度31℃、发酵时间84 h的最优发酵条件下,菌体蛋白产量可达2.26 g/L。
The mycoprotein can effectively increase the protein content of feed,high protein yeast was produced by using filature wastewater,after the single factor and orthogonal design experiments,the optimal combinations were confirmed as follow:initial pH of culture medium was 6.0,liquid volume was 75 mL/250 mL,the inoculating content was 12%,and then culture at 31℃ for about 84 h.Under the optimized conditions,the protein production was 2.26 g/L.
