摘要
目的观察布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者症状改善及肺功能的影响。方法选择医院收治的AECOPD患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,观察组行布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,比较2组症状改善时间、治疗前后肺功能指标。结果观察组咳嗽、咯痰、心悸、喘息症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,2组最大呼气流量(PEF)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC较治疗前升高,且观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗AECOPD患者效果显著,可有效改善咳嗽、喘息、咯痰等临床症状,改善患者肺功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects of budesonide suspension combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation on symptom improvement and lung function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Eighty patients with AECOPD admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nebulized inhalation of budesonide suspension.The observation group was treated with budesonide suspension combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation.The symptom improvement time and the lung function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of cough,expectoration,palpitations and wheezing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the maximum expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume(FEV1),and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The budesonide suspension combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD patients is effective,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as cough,wheezing,sputum and other symptoms,improve the lung function of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
