摘要
研究表明含有螺环氧化吲哚骨架的化合物具有多种药理活性,如抗癌、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗疟疾和抑制胆碱酯酶等,其中抗肿瘤活性在此类骨架结构中尤为突出。根据螺环氧化吲哚骨架上2-吲哚酮C(3)位置上的螺杂环结构的不同进行分类,介绍近年来被报道具有抗肿瘤活性的标题化合物的研究进展,并对其作为可开发的抗肿瘤新药先导化合物的研究前景予以展望。
Spirooxindoles have a variety of superior pharmacological activities,such as anticancer,antiinflammatory,antibacterial,antivirus,antimalaria and anticholinesterase.The anticancer activity is the most prominent among the biological activities of such skeletons.According to the different structure of spiro heterocycles in the position of 2-indolinone C(3)on the spiro-indole skeleton,the research progress of title compounds with antitumor activity reported in recent years was reviewed.The prospect of the compounds is also discussed as lead compounds for anticancer drugs.
