摘要
结合一些典型案例,对防止离子膜出现压力损伤的7个重要操控方法进行了说明,包括:①开停车时升降电流速度的设定;②自动调节阀的正确设置和操作;③联锁停车时氯氢压力调节阀的控制状态设定;④电解槽并网送电前与配套系统的合理衔接和压力控制;⑤开停车过程中氮气注人的有效控制;⑥电解槽排液时防止阴极室产生异常负压;⑦防止电解槽阳极室及总管内的爆鸣事故。各项案例的介绍,旨在为离子膜氯碱工艺操作人员提供参考,使氯碱企业提高运行水平,延长离子膜使用寿命,降低运行成本。
Seven important control methods for preventing the pressure damage of ion-exchange membrane are described with some typical cases.These methods include:①setting of the speed of adjusting current when starting and stopping operation;②correct setting and operation of automatic control valves;③setting of control state of hydrogen and chlorine pressure regulating valves during interlock shutdown;④reasonable connection between electrolyzers and supporting systems and their pressure control before grid connection and power transmission;⑤effective control of nitrogen injection during start-up and shutdown;⑥prevention of abnormal negative pressure in cathode chamber during discharge of liquid from electrolyzers;⑦prevention of explosion in anode chambers and in main pipe of electrolyzers.Various cases are introduced in order to provide reference for the operators of ion-exchange membrane chlor-alkali process to make chlor-alkali enterprises improve operation level,prolong the service life of ion-exchange membrane,reduce operation cost.
