摘要
新形势下,随着培养高素质技术技能人才使命的日益凸显,围绕高职院校思想政治教育工作的研究和实践也日益深入。基于对山东省某高职院校的调研,发现高职院校思想政治教育工作在党建引领、育人机制、育人格局、课程思政、校园文化和实践教学等方面还存在一定的提升空间。据此,构建了"党建引领、四联四驱"的思政育人体系,旨在形成可借鉴、可推广的特色工作经验,促进高职院校人才培养质量的提升。
Under the new situation,with the highlight of the mission of cultivating high-quality technical talents,the study and practice focued on the ideological and political education of the students in higher vocational colleges has become more and more deeply.Based on the investigation on some higher vocational college in Shandong province,this paper thinks the ideological and political education of the students in higher vocational colleges still needs improvement in Party building guidance,cultivation systems,cultivation structures,curriculum ideological and political education,campus culture and practice teaching.Therefore,this paper puts forward the ideological and political education cultivation system of Party building guidance and Four Combination and Four Driving in order to get the characteristic experience with reference and population value and improve the talents cultivation quality of higher vocational colleges.
