摘要
为了提高软岩破碎顶板巷道支护效果,减小巷道二次维修量,降低巷道支护成本,实现锚杆"三高一低"的支护要求,对铁峰煤矿408回风巷掘进过程中所受应力进行分析,提出了长锚杆支护技术。通过实际应用发现,大锚杆(索)支护技术实现了顶板连续梁作用,降低了巷帮支撑应力作用,减少巷道二次维修成本费用,取得了显著成效。
In order to improve the supporting effect of the soft rock broken roof roadway,reduce the secondary maintenance amount of the roadway,reduce the supporting cost of the roadway,and realize the supporting requirements of"three high and one low"bolt,the stress in the driving process of 408 return air roadway in Tiefeng Coal Mine is analyzed,and the long bolt supporting technology is put forward.Through practical application,it is found that the large bolt(cable)support technology realizes the continuous beam function of the roof,reduces the supporting stress function of the roadway side,reduces the secondary maintenance cost of the roadway,and achieves remarkable results.
