摘要
软岩巷道支护费用高且变形问题严重,而大断面软岩碎石顶板巷道一直都是煤炭开采工程的难点,其具有跨度大、自然冒落拱高、破碎圈范围大和破碎层接触面积多等特点。基于此,研究大断面巷道破碎顶板支护技术具有重要的实用价值及意义。本文基于国内外研究现状,阐述了软岩巷道围岩变形控制技术原理,并以某顺槽巷道施工为研究对象,采用合理、有效的支护技术对大断面软岩破碎顶板进行了分析与探讨。
Soft rock roadway has high support cost and serious deformation problem, and the large cross-section soft rock macadam roof roadway has been the difficulty of coal mining engineering, which has the characteristics of large span, high natural caving arch, large broken circle range and more contact area of broken layer. Based on this, it has important practical value and significance to study the support technology of broken roof in large cross-section roadway. Based on the research status at home and abroad, this paper expounded the principle of surrounding rock deformation control technology of soft rock roadway, and took the construction of a roadway along the roadway as the research object, used reasonable and effective support technology to analyze and discuss the broken roof of large section soft rock.
