摘要 在分析自动化集装箱码头布局、作业流程的基础上,研究AGV调度问题,包括AGV指派和任务作业顺序.在将小车视为匀速行驶的假设条件下,建立了以最末任务结束时间最小化为目标的混合整数规划模型,通过遗传算法进行优化求解,结合算例实验探讨AGV数量和总的AGV运行时间之间的关系,通过模拟自动化集装箱码头卸船作业的模拟,验证了模型和算法的有效性. Based on the analysis of the layout and operation process of automated container terminals,the AGV scheduling problem was studied,including AGV assignment and task operation sequence.Under the assumption that the car was traveling at a constant speed,a mixed integer programming model was established with the objective of minimizing the end time of the last task.Genetic algorithm was used to optimize the solution,and the relationship between the number of AGVs and the total AGV running time was discussed with an example experiment.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm was verified by simulation of automatic container terminal unloading operation.
