摘要
为缓解集装箱码头闸口拥堵,通过仿真技术对预约机制下集疏运集卡进出港全过程进行建模,结合集卡到港的随机性,计算出集卡进、出港闸口平均及最大排队时间等评价指标;引入交错率和可变预约时段概念,从2个不同维度对评价指标的数值和变化率进行综合评价;利用Anylogic仿真软件,以国内某港口为例,计算出预约集卡最优交错率和预约时间间隔取值。仿真结果表明,将案例港口的预约时间间隔设置为1 h更加合理,此时交错率设置为-25%时,可以最大程度地改善进出闸口平均排队时间和最大排队时间,进而为改进现有的闸口预约策略提供参考意见。
In order to alleviate the congestion at container terminals,simulation technology was used to model the entire process of collection and distribution from arrival to departure under the reservation mechanism.Based on the randomness of container arrival,evaluation indicators such as the average and maximum queuing time of container entry and exit gates were calculated;The concepts of interleaving rate and variable reservation period are proposed,and comprehensive evalution of the numerical value and change rate of evaluation indicators are made from two different dimensions.Considering a domestic port as an example is used to calculate the optimal interleaving rate and reservation time interval values for reservation trucks by Anylogic simulation software.The simulation results indicate that reservation time interval of to 1 hour is more reasonable for the case port.At this time,the interleaving rate of−25%can greatly improve the average and maximum queuing time at the entrance and exit gates,thereby providing reference for improving the existing gate reservation strategy.
