摘要
活塞加工中影响活塞几何角度、表面粗糙度的因素很多,其中活塞机加刀具质量是重要的影响因素。根据刀具材料,选择合适的砂轮,与刃磨工艺实现完美契合,刀具质量得到进一步提升,从而实现活塞加工质量的提高,同时提高了刀具刃磨效率。
Piston effect of piston geometry angle,surface roughness in machining a number of factors,including piston machine tools are important factors affecting the quality.According to the tool material,select the appropriate wheel,and the grinding technology to achieve perfect fit,the tool quality has been further enhanced to achieve the quality improvement of machining piston,while improving tooling efficiency.
