摘要
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的改善效果。方法选取晚期非小细胞肺癌患者88例,随机分为对照组与研究组各44例。对照组接受常规化疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用参芪扶正注射液治疗,比较两组的近期疗效、生活质量评分及毒副反应。结果两组的客观缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的Ⅲ~Ⅳ级毒副反应发生率为27.27%,显著低于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合化疗虽不能明显提升晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期治疗效果,但可明显减少毒副反应的发生,提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the improvement effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy on the quality of life in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 88 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received regular chemotherapy, while the study group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy. The short-term efficacy, quality of life scores and toxic/side effects were compared between the two groups. Results No significant difference was found in the objective remission rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Before treatment, no significant difference was found in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of grade Ⅲ ~Ⅳtoxic/side effects of the study group was 27.27%, significantly lower than 72.73% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Although Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy cannot significantly improve the short-term efficacy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, but it can significantly reduce the incidence of toxic/side effects and improve the quality of life of patients.
