补益类中药注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的网状Meta分析 被引量:4

Network Meta-Analysis on Tonic Chinese Medicine Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的:采用贝叶斯网状Meta分析方法,比较不同补益类中药注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的有效性和安全性。方法:检索Embase、PubMed、CNKI、万方、维普数据库,检索建库至2019年12月补益类中药注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的随机对照试验(RCT)。由两名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并对纳入研究进行质量评价,通过RStudio软件进行网状Meta分析并绘图。结果:最终纳入45项RCTs,共3498例患者,包括5种补益类中药注射液。网状Meta分析结果显示,(1)近期疗效:黄芪注射液、生脉注射液、参附注射液、参麦注射液、参芪扶正注射液联合化疗均优于单纯化疗,排序结果显示黄芪注射液最佳;(2)KPS评分:黄芪注射液、生脉注射液、参麦注射液、参芪扶正注射液联合化疗均优于单纯化疗,排序结果显示参麦注射液最佳;(3)白细胞减少:生脉注射液、参麦注射液、参芪扶正注射液联合化疗均优于单纯化疗,排序结果显示参芪扶正注射液最佳;(4)血小板减少:参麦注射液、参芪扶正注射液联合化疗均优于单纯化疗,排序结果显示参麦注射液最佳;(5)血红蛋白减少:参麦注射液联合化疗优于单纯化疗;(6)恶心呕吐:生脉注射液、参附注射液、参麦注射液、参芪扶正注射液联合化疗均优于单纯化疗,排序结果显示生脉注射液最佳。结论:补益类中药注射液联合化疗在治疗非小细胞肺癌方面具有明显优势。 Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of different kinds of tonic Chinese medicine injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer by bayesian network metaanalysis.Methods:The databases of Embase,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched by computer from database construction to December 2019,and the randomized controlled trial(RCT)of tonic Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer was searched.The two researchers independently selected the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the quality of the included research.The network meta-analysis and mapping were carried out by RStudio software.Results:Totally 45 RCTs were included,with 3498 cases,including five kinds of tonic Chinese medicine injection.According to the results of network meta-analysis,Huangqi injection(黄芪注射液),Shengmai injection(生脉注射液),Shenfu injection(参附注射液),Shenmai injection(参麦注射液)and Shenqifuzheng injection(参芪扶正注射液)combined chemotherapy were superior to chemotherapy on short-term efficacy,and the ranking results showed that Huangqi injection was the best.Huangqi injection,Shengmai injection,Shenmai injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined chemotherapy were superior to chemotherapy on KPS score,and the ranking results showed that Shenmai injection was the best.Shengmai injection,Shenmai injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined chemotherapy were superior to chemotherapy on leucopenia,and the ranking results showed that Shenqi Fuzheng injection was the best.Shenmai injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined chemotherapy were superior to chemotherapy on thrombocytopenia,and the ranking results showed that Shenmai injection was the best.Shenmai injection combined chemotherapy were superior to chemotherapy on hemoglobin reduction.Shengmai injection,Shenfu injection,Shenmai injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined chemotherapy were superior to chemotherapy on reducing nausea and vomiting,and the ran
