摘要
目的探讨不同剂量缬沙坦联合氨氯地平对老年高血压患者血压水平及不良反应的影响。方法 120例老年高血压患者随机分为两组各60例。对照组采用小剂量缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,观察组采用大剂量缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,比较两组的血压、肾功能指标及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后的SBP、DBP、24h-SBPV及24h-DBPV均显著低于对照组,BUN、Scr及24 h尿蛋白均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大剂量缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压患者的效果显著,安全性高,可有效改善患者的肾功能指标和血压水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of valsartan combined with amlodipine on blood pressure level and adverse reactions in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 120 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low-dose valsartan combined with amlodipine, while the observation group was treated with high-dose valsartan combined with amlodipine. The blood pressure, renal function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the SBP, DBP, 24 h-SBPV and 24 h-DBPV, BUN, Scr and 24 h urinary protein of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05). Conclusions High-dose valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension has significant effect and high safety, which can effectively improve patients’ renal function indicators and blood pressure level.
