摘要
目的探讨针刺联合骶管注射鼠神经生长因子治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床疗效。方法 90例LDH患者随机分为三组各30例。A组采用锻炼治疗,B组采用针刺治疗,C组采用针刺联合骶管注射鼠神经生长因子治疗。比较三组的疗效,以及治疗前后的Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、腰椎疼痛(MPQ-PRIT)评分和腰椎活动度。结果 C组的总有效率高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,C组的ODI评分、MPQ-PRIT评分均低于A组和B组,腰椎活动度高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合骶管注射鼠神经生长因子治疗LDH患者的效果显著,可有效缓解疼痛,促进腰椎活动度的恢复。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with sacral canal injection of mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods 90 LDH patients were randomly divided into three groups,with 30 cases in each group. Group A received exercise therapy, group B received acupuncture therapy, and group C received combined therapy of acupuncture and sacral canal injection of mouse nerve growth factor. The efficacy, and Oswestry disability index(ODI) score,lumbar pain(MPQ-PRIT) score and lumbar motion range before and after treatment were compared among three groups. Results The total effective rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B(P<0.05). After treatment, the ODI score and MPQ-PRIT score of group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B, and the lumbar motion range was significantly higher than that of group A and group B(P<0.05). Conclusions Acupuncture combined with sacral canal injection of mouse nerve growth factor has significant effect in the treatment of LDH patients, which can effectively relieve pain, and promote the recovery of lumbar motion range.
