摘要
目的观察"润舒滴鼻油"外用治疗鼻槁的临床有效性和安全性。方法采用随机、单盲、安慰剂平行对照研究,将150例门诊鼻槁患者随机均分为试验组(润舒滴鼻油)、阳性对照组(润舒滴鼻油去除明胶海绵颗粒)、阴性对照组(生理盐水+明胶海绵颗粒),每日3次滴鼻,疗程14天,应用症状体征分级量化表进行疗效评价,同时记录不良反应。结果试验组总有效率94.0%(无效3例,有效40例,显效7例);阳性对照组总有效率58.0%(无效21例,有效28例,显效1例);阴性对照组总有效率为20.0%(无效40例,有效10例,显效0例);无不良事件报告。三组间等级疗效为试验组优于阳性对照组优于阴性对照组(P=0.000),总有效率:试验组优于阳性对照组优于阴性对照组(P=0.000)。结论"润舒滴鼻油"外用治疗鼻槁疗效确切,安全可靠,建议推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of nasal haggard by external use of"RunShu dripping nasal oil".Methods This is a randomized,single-blind and placebo parallel controlled study,in which 150 cases of outpatient nasal haggard were randomly divided into a treatment group(Run Shu dripping nasal oil),a positive control group(Run Shu dripping nasal oil dislodge gelatin sponge granules)and a negative control group(saline+gelatin sponge granules).All patients received3 nasal drops per day,14 days of treatment.The symptom and sign classification scale were used to evaluate the curative effect,and the adverse reactions were also recorded.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%(invalid 3 cases,effective 40 cases,7 cases),the total effective rate of the positive control group was 58%(invalid 21 cases,effective 28 cases,1 cases),the total effective rate of the negative control group was 20%(invalid 40 cases,10 cases,effective 0 cases),and no adverse incident was reported.The level of efficacy and total effective rate of treatment group were better than the other two groups(P=0.000).Conclusion The treatment of nasal haggard with"RunShu dripping nasal oil"is effective,safe and reliable,and it should be popularized in clinical use.
