摘要
为了研究间隙误差对液压约束活塞发动机(HCPE)运动精度的影响,首先在ADAMS中建立含有间隙误差的HCPE主运动系统动力学模型,然后通过对比不同间隙误差模型之间的输出参数,分析间隙误差对系统运动以及受力的影响,从而对运动系统精度进行评价。研究结果表明,在一定范围内,间隙误差对动力活塞-滑块-柱塞组的位移、速度的影响较小,但对运动副构件之间作用力有明显的影响,并随着间隙误差的增大而增加。
To study the influence of clearance error on the kinematic accuracy of hydraulic confined piston engine(HCPE),the dynamical model of the main motion system of HCPE with clearance error is established in ADAMS.Then,by the output of parameters between models of different clearance error,the influence of clearance error on system motion and force is analyzed and the kinematic accuracy of the motion system is evaluated.The results show that the clearance error has little effect on the displacement and velocity of the dynamic piston-slider-plunger group,but it has obvious effect on the force between the moving pair members,and the effect increases with the increase of the clearance error.
