不同浓度钼酸钠对白肋烟苗期碳氮代谢和硝酸盐含量的影响 被引量:7

Effects of sodium molybdate concentrations on carbon and nitrogen metabolism and nitrate content in seedlings of burley tobacco

摘要 为明确钼酸钠促进烟苗碳氮代谢的作用机制并筛选出适宜的使用浓度,以白肋烟品种TN90为材料,在温度22~28℃,光照强度800μmol·m-2·s-1,相对湿度85%,每12 h昼夜光暗交替的人工气候室中采用盆栽试验,设置0、0.1%、0.5%、1.0%和2.0%等5个钼酸钠浓度进行喷施处理,研究不同浓度钼酸钠对白肋烟烟叶色素含量(质量分数)、光合作用、硝酸还原酶活性、碳氮化合物含量等指标的影响。结果表明,在0.1%~2.0%浓度范围内,施用钼酸钠的白肋烟烟叶色素含量、氮代谢酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、碳水化合物含量和烟叶干物质积累量均呈增加趋势,总氮和硝酸盐含量呈下降趋势。在钼酸钠浓度为1.0%时,白肋烟烟叶干物质积累量比对照增加30.72%,氮素利用效率提高12.42%,硝酸盐含量则降低27.45%。因此,在0.1%~2.0%浓度范围内,施用钼酸钠能提高白肋烟烟苗碳氮代谢能力,提高氮素利用效率,显著降低烟叶硝酸盐含量,且以1.0%浓度的处理较为适宜。 To clarify the mechanism of sodium molybdate on promoting the carbon and nitrogen metabolism of tobacco seedlings and its effective application concentration,a pot experiment was carried out by culturing burley tobacco TN90 in an artificial climate chambers with temperature from 22 to 28℃,average photosynthetic photon flux density of 800μmol·m-2·s-1,relative humidity of 85%,day(light)and night(dark)alternate every 12 hours.Sodium molybdate solutions at five concentrations(0,0.1%,0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%)were sprayed on tobacco plants to study the treatment effects on the pigment content,photosynthetic rate,nitrate reductase activity,carbon and nitrogen compound contents of burley tobacco leaves.The results showed that within the concentration of 0.1%–2.0%,the pigment content,activities of enzymes correlated with nitrogen metabolism,soluble protein content,carbohydrate content and dry matter accumulation increased and the contents of total nitrogen and nitrate decreased in the leaves after spraying sodium molybdate.At the sodium molybdate concentration of 1.0%,the dry matter accumulation and nitrogen use efficiency of the leaves raised by 30.72%and 12.42%respectively,the nitrate content decreased by 27.45%.In conclusion,within the concentration of 0.1%-2.0%,the application of sodium molybdate promotes the carbon and nitrogen metabolism and nitrogen use efficiency of burley tobacco seedlings,significantly decreases their nitrate content,especially at the concentration of 1.0%.
