摘要
叙事医学在构建医务工作者“对疾病故事认知、吸收、解释,并为之感动而做出回应的叙事能力”的同时,也为跨专业团队合作中不同意见的发表提供了空间,被看作是促进跨专业教育合作的一种创新方法。为了探讨叙事医学对跨专业教育合作的促进作用,以期为国内医学院校培养具有跨专业团队合作能力的医务人员提供新思路,详细分析了哥伦比亚大学开展的跨专业叙事医学项目。结果显示,叙事医学和跨专业教育的相互融合,在培养叙事能力的同时,通过增强彼此间的信任度、打破团队专业界限和权利等级制度、提高跨专业团队合作能力等促进跨专业教育合作。
Narrative medicine,with its focus on practicing medicine with'narrative skills of recognizing,absorbing,interpreting,and being moved to action by the stories of illness'and allowing space for the diverse voices on interprofessional teams,could be an innovative approach for improving interprofessional education.In order to study the promotion effect of narrative medicine in interprofessional education and provide new ideas for cultivating medical workers with interprofessional collaborative skills in China,this paper provides a detailed introduction of an interprofessional narrative medicine program conducted by Columbia University.Results show that the integration of narrative medicine and interprofessional education could build the narrative skills,and also promote the cooperation in interprofessional education by strengthening mutual trust,relinquishing professional boundaries and hierarchies,and improving interprofessional collaborative practice.
