激光原位合成NiTi基复合涂层的微结构特征与耐蚀性能 被引量:1

摘要 在Ti-6Al-4V表面激光原位合成了NiTi基金属间化合物复合涂层,研究了涂层内部的显微组织结构、浸泡后涂层表面氧化物的成分以及浸泡时间对涂层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:复合涂层的主要成分为NiTi、NiTi2及少量的M3C2。涂层浸泡3 d后表面形成了Al2O3和TiO等氧化物,浸泡5 d后涂层表面形成了TiO2。在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中测量复合涂层和TC4合金浸泡后的极化曲线和交流阻抗谱,结果表明,随着浸泡时间的延长,复合涂层和TC4合金的耐蚀性能增强,其中浸泡5 d的复合涂层的耐蚀性最好。 The NiTi-based intermetallic compounds composite coating was produced on Ti-6Al-4V surface by laser in-situ synthesis.To investigate the microstructure of coating,the composition of oxide formed on the surface of the coating and the effect of the corrosion resistance of the coating after soaking.The results showed that the main components of the composite coating were NiTi,NiTi2 and a small amount of M3C2.Al2O3 and TiO oxides were formed on the surface of the coating after soaking for 3 d.TiO2 was formed on the surface of the coating after soaking for 5 d.The polarization curves and EIS were measured in 3.5wt%NaCl solution.It was found that the corrosion resistance of the coating and the TC4 alloy was increased with the increase of immersion time,and the composite coating soaked for 5 d had the best corrosion resistance.
