摘要
汽车线束制造行业是一个传统的劳动密集型产业,我国在线束行业起步比较晚,很多基本操作(比如包胶、布线、插线等)均需要由人工来完成。尤其是线束包胶这一关键步骤都是处于人工包胶,不仅效率低下并且极易出错,因此很多产业相关人员都在想办法改进,看能否使用机器提高效率减少失误。为了解决这一问题,本文设计了一种利用PC机来连接控制系统并与串口通信相结合的线束自动包胶机,不但实现了线束包胶过程的自动化,并且保证了线束包胶的质量。并且进一步经由实践证明,此线束自动包胶机完全可以达到生产工艺的需求,实现预期目标。
The manufacturing industry in automotive wiring harness is a traditional labor-intensive industry.The online bundle industry in our country started relatively late,and many basic operations(such as gluing,wiring,inserting wires,etc.)need to be completed manually.In particular,the key step of gluing wire harnesses is manual gluing,which is not only inefficient but also prone to errors.Therefore,many industry-related personnel are looking for ways to improve and see if machines can be used to improve efficiency and reduce errors.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs an automatic glue wrapping machine which uses PC to connect the control system and communicate with serial port.It not only realizes the automation of glue wrapping process,but also ensures the quality of glue wrapping.It is further proved by practice that the automatic glue wrapping machine can meet the requirements of production process and achieve the expected goal.
