基于CPLD的布带缠绕机张力功放系统

摘要 缠绕张力是复合材料布带成型工艺中一个关键因素。针对布带缠绕机张力控制系统设计制作基于复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的张力功放电路和硬件电路,在MAX+PLUS II软件环境中通过超高速集成电路硬件描述语言(VHDL)编程完成了CPLD的内部逻辑设计。通过试验证明,该方案完全能够满足参数控制系统的要求,且具有灵活简单和升级方便等特点。功放系统已应用于某型缠绕机中。 A PWM generator based on CPLD and VHDL has been developed, and this generator is designed for tape winding machine tension power amplifier. The circle has been designed and the VHDL for generator has been programmed in MAX + PLUS Ⅱ. Application shows that this system has successfully solved key technical problems and can well meet engineering requirement.
