翻转课堂提高“现代食品微生物学”课堂效果初探 被引量:3

摘要 为适应食品专业的教学发展趋势,持续深化教学改革,不断提高教育水平与教学质量,使“现代食品微生物学”课程更好地满足食品科学与工程硕士一级学科专业培养目标的要求,课程组将翻转课堂应用于实际教学中,既充分调动学生学习积极性与主动性,使学生顺利掌握微生物学相关理论知识、了解微生物学科前沿动态,提高了“现代食品微生物学”教学效果,又培养了学生的创新精神与实践应用能力,更好地适应了新时代人才培养的需求。基于此,归纳总结了翻转课堂相关内容,探讨了该教学手段在“现代食品微生物学”课程的实际应用效果,可为该课程和相近领域课程的教学工作提供借鉴与参考。 The method of the flipped classroom was used to the practical teaching of Modern Food Microbiology by our teaching team,so that to adapt to the teaching development trend of food specialty,continuously deepen the teaching reform,constantly improve the education the level and quality of teaching,and make Modern Food Microbiology course better meet the requirements of the training objectives of the first-class master degree discipline of food science and engineering.And the students'enthusiasm of study were aroused,the related theoretical knowledge of microbiology was successfully mastered,and the trends of microbiology was understood by students,and then the effect of teaching was improved.The innovative spirit and practical application ability of students was trained,and they could better meet the needs of personnel training in the new era.Based on the above factors,the related contents of the flipped classroom were summarized.Subsequently,the practical application in Modern Food Microbiology was analyzed.This paper could provide some scientific basis for teaching in Modern Food Microbiology and the other courses in similar fields.
