摘要
体位性低血压的危险因素复杂,发病机制尚不明确,目前多倾向于压力反射敏感性降低、自主神经功能障碍、血流动力学异常等学说。本文主要对其危险因素及发病机制做一综述。
The risk factors of orthostatic hypotension are complex,and pathogenesis is not well-defined.Some theories at present show that orthostatic hypotension strongly correlates with decreased baroreflex sensitivity,autonomic dysfunction,hemodynamic abnormalities,et al.This article primarily focuses on the risk factors and pathogenesis of orthostatic hypotension with a view.
