摘要
针对新型密集式立体军需仓库运行效率指标难以评估的特点,采用模糊层次分析法,建立了多层评价指标体系,对单项指标进行专家评判,通过逐级运算得出目标层对评语的隶属度,引入打分制,对评价集按最大隶属度原则给出了优劣等级评定,将影响仓库指标各项因素都融合于综合性的评分之中,为全面评价新型密集式立体军需仓库提供了科学参考。
As the operation efficiency of the new type intensive stereoscopic warehouse is difficult to evaluate,AHP is adopted to establish a multi-factor system and conduct expert assessment on a single index and get the membership grade of the goal level on remarks through calculation step-by-step.Introducing points system also gives the merit ranking on evaluation set according to the maximum membership grade principle and integrates all factors influencing warehouse index into a comprehensive scoring system,which provides the reference for evaluating new type intensive stereoscopic warehouse in a comprehensive way.
