基于多维度检测与Petri网的变电站接地故障风险评估 被引量:20

摘要 为了能够及时发现接地网潜在故障危害,针对变电站接地安全提出基于多维度检测的故障风险评价。利用模糊推理Petri网推理算法和事故树思想,在接地网参数多维度检测数据基础上,考虑空间域、时间域和频率域参数的影响因素及其不确定性,提出了变电站接地故障风险评估模型。首先,分析变电站地网多维度检测参数与接地故障之间的关联性,利用Petri网图形特性描述基本事件故障概率及其不确定逻辑关系,得出故障风险概率。接着,结合Petri算法和事故树计算各影响因素的贡献度,以确定导致接地装置故障风险基本事件中的贡献情况。最后,以实际变电站接地网为例,对其接地故障风险进行评估,以验证方法的可行性。研究结果能够为变电站设计提供依据,也可为电力设备安全预警提供参考,具有工程应用价值。 In order to detect potential fault hazards of grounding grid in time,a multi-dimensional fault risk assessment based on grounding safety detection is proposed.Based on the inference algorithm of fuzzy inference Petri net and fault tree,considering the influence factors and uncertainty of parameters in the space domain,time domain and frequency domain,a risk assessment model of substation grounding fault is proposed.Firstly,the relationship between multi-dimensional detection parameters of substation grounding network and grounding fault is analyzed.The basic event failure probability and its uncertain logic relationship are described by using graphical characteristics of a Petri net,and the failure risk probability is obtained.Then,the contribution degree of each influencing factor is calculated on the basis of Petri algorithm and fault tree to determine the contribution of the elementary event leading to the grounding device failure risk.Finally,grounding fault risk of the actual substation grounding grid is evaluated to verify the feasibility of the method.The research results can provide a basis for substation design and supply a reference for safety early warning of power equipment,which has engineering application value.
