改性硅酸盐复合接地材料及其在输电线路杆塔接地中的应用 被引量:3

Modified Silicate Composite Grounding Material and Its Application in Tower Grounding of Power Transmission System

摘要 针对金属接地材料存在的不耐腐蚀、与土壤结合不紧密、易偷盗等问题,研制了一种改性硅酸盐包覆碳钢的复合接地材料,兼顾了改性硅酸盐材料的防腐性能以及金属的良好导电性。通过模拟不同pH环境下的腐蚀试验表明,在不同pH值土壤中,改性硅酸盐都能对碳钢起到良好的保护作用,其防腐效果优于镀锌钢,在pH=5的土壤中优于铜,pH=9的土壤中优于镀铜钢。通过不同地区土壤取样腐蚀试验,表明改性硅酸盐在盐碱土壤和酸性红土壤中能对碳钢有较好的腐蚀保护作用。现场埋样试验结果表明,改性硅酸盐材料能比较有效的降低天津盐碱土壤对碳钢腐蚀,复合接地材料的防腐效果超过铜、镀锌钢。将改性硅酸盐与金属材料结合制成新型复合接地体,应用于南昌红壤地区的220 kV输电线路杆塔接地工程改造中,改造结束后测得接地电阻为7. 8Ω,满足相关标准中接地网工频接地电阻不超过10Ω的要求。 A modified silicate composite grounding material is developed to solve the problems of metal grounding material,such as non corrosion resistance,poor combination with soil,easy to steal and so on.The modified silicate composite grounding material combines modified silicate and carbon steel,which has good corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of metal. The p H corrosion test shows that the modified silicate can provide good corrosion protection for carbon steel and its anti-corrosion effect is better than zinc-clad steel,also better than copper in the soil with p H = 5,and better than copper-clad steel in the soil with p H = 9. The soil sampling test shows modified silicate also provides good corrosion protection for carbon steel in saline-alkaline soil and acid red soil. Field test shows modified silicate can effectively reduce the corrosion of carbon steel in Tianjin saline soil and the anti-corrosion effect is better than copper,zinc-clad steel. A new composite grounding material is formed by combining modified silicate with carbon steel,which is applied to the grounding engineering project of 220 kV transmission line tower in Nanchang red soil area. The power frequency grounding resistance is measured7. 8 Ω,which meets the requirement in relevant standards that the power frequency grounding resistance of grounding grid is not more than 10 Ω.
