摘要
以涪陵文旅产业融合发展实践为例,分析文旅产业融合发展中的文旅资源意义、分层与再组织特征,以及资源共享与产业边界关系。研究结论是:积极有效的文旅产业融合必然是基于资源共享不断地扩展产业边界,并始终保持产业边界清晰化的过程。要高质量发展文旅产业,必须破解体制壁垒,重构资源管理与开发秩序,理顺文旅产业集群关系,筑实文化、旅游及其融合的产业体系。
Taking the practice of cultural and tourism industry integration as an example,the writers of this paper analyzes the significance,stratification and reorganization characteristics of culture and tourism resources,as well as the relationship between resource sharing and industrial boundary in the integrating process,and come to the conclusion that the positive and effective integration of cultural and tourism industry must be based on the process of continuously expanding the industrial boundary based on resource sharing and always maintaining the clarity of the industrial boundary.In order to develop the cultural tourism industry with high quality,it is necessary to break the institutional barriers,reconstruct the order of resource management and development,straighten out the relationship between the clusters of the cultural tourism industry,and build up the industrial system of culture,tourism and their integration.
