高等教育机会性别不平等的城乡差异及其变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用调查数据对5省市18所高校36874名城乡男女学生获得高等教育入学机会的差异及变化情况进行了实证分析。研究发现,高等教育机会的性别不平等呈现城乡分化,农村性别不平等程度更甚于城镇,性别差距逆转发生更晚,性别平等化进程缓慢;女性高等教育机会大幅提升,其在普通本科高校和专科高校的入学机会优势凸显;女性高等教育入学机会存在城乡差异,农村女性在优质高等教育机会获得上的弱势地位突出;男生和女生在不同学科的入学机会都存在城乡差异,城乡女生之间的差别尤为明显。今后,应发挥政府主导作用,注重家庭场域效应,联合学校和社会形成一股合力,共同促进城乡高等教育机会性别平等化的实现。 According to the survey data, an empirical analysis was carried out on the differences and changes in the enrollment opportunities of 36 874 male and female students from the urban and rural areas of 18 universities in five provinces. The study found that the gender inequality were different between urban and rural Areas. The rural gender inequality was worse, the rural gender gap reversal was later, and the rural gender equalization process was slow. The opportunities of girls in urban and rural areas increased dramatically, and in terms of ordinary undergraduate universities and higher vocational colleges, the advantages of girls were significant. The opportunities of girls between urban and rural areas were different, and the rural girls had been in a weak position in accessing to the key undergraduate universities. As for disciplines,there were urban-rural differences in the admission opportunities, and the differences between urban and rural girls were more obvious. In the future, the government should play a leading role, pay attention to the family field effect, and get a joint force between the school and the society to jointly promote the gender equalization of urban and rural higher education opportunities.
