摘要
随着全国范围内工程建设市场竞争的愈发火热化,“低价中标”、“保本中标”已逐渐成为部分工程企业迫于“生存”而不得不采取的无奈之举。而要想在当今“市场紧缩”、“竞争激烈”、“微利薄利”的大环境之下“分得一杯羹”并“合法获利”,巧妙运用多样化的投标报价策略、紧抓项目变更索赔的关键核心已日渐成为广大工程企业成功获标、合理提升项目利润所得的关键所在。基于此,本文结合笔者多年来的建设工程投标报价与工程项目变更索赔工作实践经验,对建筑工程投标报价策略与变更索赔管理进行了归纳探讨,以期可以为诸多同业同仁在开展建设项目的投标报价与变更索赔时有所裨益。
With the fierce competition in the engineering construction market across the country,"low price tender"and"maintenance-cost tender"have gradually become the action that some engineering companies have to take to survive.In order to gain profit from fierce market competition,to cleverly apply diversified bidding quotation strategies and grasp the key core of project change claim has gradually become the key.Based on this,this article combines the author's many years of construction project bidding quotation and engineering project change claim work experience,and summarizes the construction project bidding quotation strategy and change claim management,with a view to providing reference for colleagues in the same industry in the development of project bidding and change claims.
