摘要
关于子宫内膜异位症(EMs)造成的盆腔疼痛病因及机制至今仍不明确。本研究以引起子宫内膜异位症疼痛相关机制的研究进展作为切入点,对针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛的相关机制研究进行探索。主要从针灸缓解子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛的镇痛功能、改善内分泌功能、提高免疫功能、调节血液流变性4个方面对本病镇痛机制以及相关治疗进行阐述。为临床医生针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛提供科学的理论依据及规范临床指导,提高针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛的科学性及有效性。
So far,the etiology and mechanism of pelvic pain caused by endometriosis(EMs)is still unclear.This study taking the mechanism of pain caused by endometriosis as an entry point,it analyzed the related researches of acupuncture and moxibustion treating pelvic pain of endometriosis.It mainly elaborated the analgesic mechanism and corresponding treatment in terms of acupuncture and moxibustion alleviating pelvic pain of endometriosis,improving endocrine function and immune function,as well as regulating blood rheology.This study provided a scientific theoretical basis and a standard clinical guidance in treating pelvic pain of endometriosis,thus to improve the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of this kind of disease.
