摘要
目的通过构建不同炎症动物模型评价秦七风湿胶囊的抗炎作用。方法选取50只SD大鼠,随机分为5组,构建角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾浮肿模型,分别给予蒸馏水、醋酸泼尼松、大、中、小剂量秦七风湿混悬液灌胃,观察秦七风湿胶囊对角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀的作用。选取昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为5组,构建二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,分别给予蒸馏水、醋酸泼尼松、大、中、小剂量秦七风湿混悬液灌胃,观察秦七风湿胶囊对小鼠耳廓肿胀的作用,初步评价秦七风湿胶囊的抗炎作用。结果秦七风湿大剂量组大鼠致炎后1、2、3、4、5、6 h的足趾肿胀率均低于模型组(P<0.05)。秦七风湿大、中、小剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀率均低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论秦七风湿胶囊具有一定的抗炎作用,为秦七风湿胶囊发展为RA治疗的临床新药提供了药理依据。
Objective To evaluate the anti-inflammator y effect of Qinqi rheumatism capsule by constructing different animal models of inflammation.Methods Fifty SD rats were selected and randomly divided into five groups,the model of swelling of rats’toes caused by carrageenan was established,and the rats were given distilled water,prednisone acetate,large,medium and small doses of Qinqi rheumatism capsule suspension respectively by gavage.The effect of Qinqi capsule rheumatism on swelling of rats’toes caused by carrageenan was observed.A total of 50 Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into five group,the model of auricle swelling induced by xylene was established,and the mice were given distilled water,prednisone acetate,large,medium and small doses of Qinqi rheumatism suspension respectively by gavage.The effect of Qinqi rheumatism capsule on auricle swelling was observed,and the anti-inflammatory effect of Qinqi rheumatism capsule was preliminarily evaluated.Results The swelling rates of rats’toes in the large doses of Qinqi rheumatism group at 1,2,3,4,5,6 hours after inflammation were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).The auricle swelling rates of mice in the large,medium and small doses of Qinqi rheumatism groups were lower than those in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Qinqi rheumatism capsule has certain anti-inflammatory effect,which provides pharmacological basis for Qinqi rheumatism capsule to develop into a new clinical drug for RA treatment.
