摘要
习近平生态文明思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。这一思想是在理论创新与实践探索的良性互动中产生、发展并不断完善的,尤其是习近平同志在福建工作期间的理论思考与实践探索,包括建设生态福建的战略构想、持续推进长汀水土治理、在全国率先推动武平县捷文村的集体林权制度改革,都为习近平生态文明思想的形成提供了理论渊源与实践基础。习近平生态文明思想具有战略前瞻性、现实针对性、实践推动性与全面系统性等几个关键性特点。这一思想构建了社会主义生态文明的三个实践向度:生态文化重塑、生态制度建设和转变发展方式,最终是为了实现以新发展理念引领经济高质量发展和建设美丽中国的目的。在新的历史时期,特别要了解习近平生态文明思想在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中的重要地位,了解生态文明建设在新时代党和国家事业发展中的重要地位,以新发展理念引领经济高质量发展、建设美丽中国。
Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization is an important part of his Socialist Ideology of Chinese Characteristics in the new era,which has been produced,developed and perfected in the positive interaction between theoretical innovation and practical exploration.Particularly his theoretical thinking and practical exploration during his work in Fujian,including the strategic conception of building an ecological Fujian,the continuous promotion of soil and water management in Changting,and the reform of collective forest right system in Jiewen Village of Wuping County,are all the theoretical origin and practical basis for his Thought on Ecological Civilization.Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization has several key characteristics such as strategic foresight,realistic pertinence,practical promotion and comprehensive systematization,in particular,the three practical dimensions of building Socialist Ecological Civilization:ecological culture reconstruction,ecological system construction and transformation of development mode,reflecting the ecological civilization idea whose ultimate aim is to achieve the purpose of guiding high-quality economic development and building a beautiful China with the Concept of New Development.In the new historical period,we should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping’s Thought on Ecological Civilization,especially understand its important position in the Socialist Ideology of Chinese Characteristics in the new era,understand the important position of Ecological Civilization in the development of the Party and the country in the new era,and guide the development of the high quality economy and the construction of beautiful China with the Concept of New Development.
